The material is stretchy, but super snug. It literally helps keep everything in place. As for the workout standpoint it’s super flexible, and moves well with the body. I adore it! Plus it’s SUPER cute!

I must say that I was a little worried about the quality of the material because of the cost, when I first received the package that's was the first thing on my mind... I opened it, took out each piece, felt the quality - I was so excited !!! It's thick, it's going to keep me warm on cold day and the fit was perfect. Yes, I might buy this outfit in different colors.
